The high altitude from 1600 to 2200 meters really shows in the cup—there's this bright lime and nectarine pop that feels almost juicy. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sun-dried process gave it a clean, sweet finish that lasted long after the last sip.

The natural process really lets the orange and nectarine notes shine through — I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the flavor is incredibly clean. Even at a light roast, there's a nice lime acidity that keeps it refreshing. Definitely the best organic coffee I've tried in a while.
