My countertop stays mess-free now that the lid actually pops that air out with a satisfying whoosh each time I press down. The 7-inch size is perfect for a full pound of beans, and my espresso has tasted noticeably brighter even two weeks after opening the bag.

I was skeptical about the "active air removal" claim, but after opening my first bag of beans two weeks ago, they still smell and taste as fresh as day one. The stainless steel finish looks great on my counter, too.

The lid’s twist-and-press seal is satisfyingly sturdy, and my beans stayed aromatic for over two weeks instead of going flat. It’s a bit tall for my counter shelf, but that’s the only complaint—worth the space for the freshness payoff.
