Watching the espresso fan out and channel through the bottomless basket is oddly mesmerizing, and the stainless body feels solid in the hand. It’s a bit heavier than my old one, but that gives it a nice, sturdy presence at the machine.

The wood handle is perfectly balanced, and watching the espresso flow through the open bottom is oddly satisfying. It's made a noticeable difference in how even my extractions look.
