Cafetto MFC White Detergent

The powder dissolves completely in warm water with no residue left behind, which makes backflushing my espresso machine a quick 10-minute job. I can already taste the difference in my shots, and the group head looks spotless.

My espresso machine had been running a bit sluggish until I tried this detergent—the difference in flow rate after just one cleaning cycle was immediate. It's formulated specifically for coffee equipment, so I feel good knowing I'm not using something harsh.

I was skeptical about using a dedicated detergent, but it cut through the coffee oil residue in my portafilter basket instantly. A quick soak left the metallic parts looking factory-fresh and the brew head sparkles now.
