Quick answer
The Profitec Move 2 is a compact dual boiler espresso machine with brew-by-weight technology, fast heat-up, and networked control for precise, reproducible espresso at home.
What makes the dual boiler system different?
The Profitec Move 2 uses separate boilers for brewing and steaming, so you can pull shots and steam milk simultaneously without temperature instability. This is a key advantage over single-boiler or heat-exchanger machines for back-to-back drinks.
How does brew-by-weight work?
Brew-by-weight technology measures the espresso output directly on a scale integrated into the drip tray. When the target weight is reached, the machine stops the shot automatically, removing the need for a separate scale and manual timing.
