Profitec 600 PID

Replaced the old mechanical thermostat in my espresso machine with this PID and the temperature stability is night and day. The shot quality control with the digital readout is exactly what I was missing.

Installing the PID was straightforward, and now I can dial in my exact brew temperature without any guessing. The display is clear and responsive, making adjustments fast during a busy morning.

The PID kept my brew temp rock steady through back-to-back shots, which was the whole reason I switched. The install was straightforward and the display is easy to read, even in the morning. Worth every penny.
